2.Pay all appropriate fees

3. Complete a pet screening profile (Information below)

4. Stop by the office to complete a pet agreement

How to make a PetScreening Profile

In 3 Easy Steps

Applicants & Residents

1.) Visit our property's landing page

2.) Select your Profile Type

Household Pet- $25 per Pet Profile

If you have a household pet accompanying, you within your home. Upload pet photos and input breed information, vaccination details, and behavior history.

Assistance Animal- Free

If you have an assistance, support or service animal. Upload animal photos, and medical documentation, if required. Input breed information, vaccination details, and behavior history.

No Pet/Animal-Free (For New residents only)

If you do not have any pets or animals. Affirm our properties affidavit and understand the pet policy in place.

3.) Complete and Submit your Profile

Profiles are active for one year from creation date. Auto-renewal options available in Settings. For details on general pricing, including discounted pricing and renewal pricing, visit help.petscreening.com

Emergencies Are:

No heat in the winter when temps are below 45 degrees outdoors.
No air in the summer when temps are above 85 degrees outdoors.
Flooding water- pipes broken, water running continually.
Unsecure apartment- Doors cannot be closed or locked. (In the event you lock yourself out afterhours there is a $25 lockout fee)
